The Contoller will produce accurate financial reports, records and statements. This role will reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance, analyze financial information and alert VP of Finance as needed. This person should be a team player with all employees and function as an internal customer service resource to other departments providing information while helping to reduce costs and increase revenues. This person will learn our business and how the various departments function and contribute while seeking to understand what is driving the numbers. The Contoller will prepare for and participate in financial audits and reviews, participate in operational and strategic meetings with other accounting staff along with the various department leaders and executives, and other items as needed and as assigned. This role will work onsite at our Lafayette, IN facility.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the VP of Finance and President informed of all pertinent information.
• Preparing financial reports by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions

Education:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 3 years working for a manufacturing company. Must be well versed and have hands-on experience with both cost and general accounting. Must have experience and knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cash management. Experience with Navision Business Enterprise System and custom report writing within Navision is a plus.

Knowledge of:

Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Skilled at:

Oral and written communications, team building, effectively interfacing with all levels of the organizational chart.

IT System Administrator

The System Administrator will be responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and securing our software, hardware, and networks. The role requires a technically skilled individual who can manage our IT infrastructure and provide hardware and software support to internal users. The position is located in Lafayette, Indiana and acts as the primary organizational interface with vendors for computer related services.

Senior Electrical Engineer - Innovation and System Integration

Position Summary:

The Senior Electrical Engineer - Innovation and System Integration position is a hands-on development engineering position within the RADIAN Innovate business model and the Ideas to Innovation (I2I) development process requiring vast engineering knowledge and rapid prototyping ability. They work closely with Product Management, Field Sales and the Customer to define, develop and deliver a testing solution. They are a highly skilled systems integrator able to apply the necessary technology blocks to form a product solution to meet Customer needs in a timely manner. The technology blocks may be from a variety of existing products or they may be under development by other engineers of which the Senior Electrical Engineer - Innovation and System Integration integrates into a solution to fit the application. They develop and implement scalable technology architectures. They devise possible solutions to predicted problems, evaluating other options including risk identification, working as part of a team, which may be established purely for a particular project. They analyze customer needs and develop an overall concept and designs with an eye to performance, architecture, safety, security and scalability. From time to time, as needed, engineers and technicians from the R&D Team may be assigned to work with the Senior Electrical Engineer - Innovation and System Integration on a given project. And, from time to time the Senior Electrical Engineer - Innovation and System Integration may be assigned to work with the R&D Team on a given project.

Education:

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years total experience in development engineering with experience as a project leader desired. Experience with analog, digital, firmware and software engineering is desired.  

Skilled at:

Oral and written communications, working collaboratively, effectively interfacing with all levels of the organizational chart. Leadership abilities to provide guidance to Project Engineers, Development Engineers, Product Managers and Customer Support team.

Position location:

This person may be based at the Pearl, MS or Lafayette, IN facility with Pearl being the first choice. Whichever facility is the primary location, periodic travel will be expected to the other facility.

Production Operator

Additional assembly of complete units including electronic testing may be performed. May operate small equipment and hand tools. Requires hand dexterity, eye coordination, ability to read and interpret drawings, prints and bill of materials.
