Position Summary: The Manager – Production manages and directs the company’s production processes. Position Summary:
The Senior Electrical Engineer - Innovation and System Integration position is a hands-on development engineering position within the RADIAN Innovate business model and the Ideas to Innovation (I2I) development process requiring vast engineering knowledge and rapid prototyping ability. They work closely with Product Management, Field Sales and the Customer to define, develop and deliver a testing solution. They are a highly skilled systems integrator able to apply the necessary technology blocks to form a product solution to meet Customer needs in a timely manner. The technology blocks may be from a variety of existing products or they may be under development by other engineers of which the Senior Electrical Engineer - Innovation and System Integration integrates into a solution to fit the application. They develop and implement scalable technology architectures.
