Development Engineer

Position Summary:

This position involves all aspects of designing, simulating, and developing Analog electronic design circuits for measurement and testing equipment. The successful candidate will complete tasks in Radian’s new product development process from initial concepts through production release. They will also provide ideas for future product enhancements and support to existing products. As a development engineer, the person holding this position will be a key contributor to multiple projects and could have the opportunity to work directly with Radian’s key customers.  This position is physically located in our Pearl, Mississippi facility. 

Responsibilities:

- Design, analyze, develop, build and test circuits for various products,
   sub-systems and test stands.
- Participate on cross-functional and interdepartmental teams to develop new products.
- Derive detailed specification documents from higher level documents.
- Design, execute and produce documentation suitable for product validation
   and verification test procedures.
- Produce documentation and test procedures suitable for internal production
   and vendor outsourcing.

Senior Development Engineer – Analog/Digital Hardware

Position Summary:

A senior level position. The position involves all aspects of analog and digital electronic design. Primary tasks include new product development and engineering support of existing products. Participates in every stage of product development from conceptualization to production release. Provides sustaining engineering support for active products throughout their life cycles.  This position is physically located in our Lafayette, Indiana facility. 

Responsibilities:

- Research and generate ideas for the application of new and existing technology to
   fulfill product need as defined by Radian Marketing Department.
- Participate on interdisciplinary and interdepartmental teams to generate new
   product proposals.
- Participate on interdisciplinary and interdepartmental teams to develop product
   specifications from approved product proposals.

Software Developer

Position Summary:

Work independently and as a team using the C# (or other, as applicable) programming language to develop and maintain new and existing software applications. Take direction and collaborate with peers, project team members, and Customers to develop the best software solutions.  This position is physically located in our Pearl, Mississippi facility. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop an understanding of Radian WECO product requirements, including the different
   types of users, how users interact with our products, and how our products integrate
- Agile software development practices (i.e.: Atlassian Tools, version control tools, etc.)

- Properly document code and release notes in a team coding environment

Electronics Technician 

Position Summary:

This position performs circuit troubleshooting, circuit testing, product verification and validation testing, unit calibrations and repairs, and completes associated documentation for customer returned units.  This position is physically located in our Lafayette, Indiana facility. 

Responsibilities:

-  Perform testing and standard calibrations for customer returned units which require
    only calibration service using specialized electronic test and calibration equipment
- Perform unit troubleshooting, circuit testing and troubleshooting, and calibrations for
   customer returned units which require repair and calibration services using general and
   specialized electronic test and calibration equipment
- Perform product verification and validation testing
- Follow standard inspection, test, troubleshooting, calibration, and measurement processes
- Complete and maintain associated records of inspections, tests, repairs, and calibrations
   in both paper and electronic form
- Monitor and analyze customer repairs to identify common failure mechanisms and
   communicate
   to Customer Service Technical Support Specialist or Quality Engineer, as appropriate

Customer Service Coordinator 

Position Summary:

This position is the focal point for processing all Return Material Authorizations (“RMAs”) relating to Service returns. The role requires daily interaction via telephone, in person, and e-mail with Customers, Representatives, Service & Sales Department, and frequent interaction with all other Departments, including Production/Shipping, Accounting, Engineering, etc. This position will prepare Repair and CVAS quotations and will transact purchase orders and credit card information for RMAs. This position will conduct Customer satisfaction surveys and will work collaboratively to ensure our Customers are supported and provided service which exceeds the Customers’ expectations. This position will be responsible for learning, training, and maintaining integrity of existing and writing revised and new processes and procedures relating to Service administrative processing functions.  This position is physically located in our Lafayette, Indiana facility. 

Responsibilities:

- Issue RMAs.
- Enter and progress all RMA orders using our Corporate Database 
- Review, accept, revise, or decline Purchase Order Contracts (“POs”)
- Process accepted POs in our Corporate Database
- Communicate professionally with Customers and Representatives via telephone,
   in person, and e-mail
- Maintain Service Customer files
- Utilize our Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool to maintain Customer records
- Participate in creating and disseminating CVAS promotional material and programs
- Perform Customer satisfaction surveys and reports
- Maintain RMA pricing in Price Lists and in our Corporate Database
- Back-up to Customer Support Coordinator

Education:

Customer Service & Support Coordinator 

Position Summary:

As an Employee Owner, the Customer Service & Support Coordinator is a Customer-centric focal point for our daily contacts and communication with Customers providing both standardized and customized responses and solutions addressing Customers’ requests and needs. The role requires daily interaction via telephone, in person, and e-mail with Customers, Representatives, Service, Support, & Sales Departments, and frequent interaction with all other Departments, including Production/Shipping/Receiving, Accounting, Engineering, etc. The Coordinator will prepare quotations for Sales, Repairs, and Value-Added Services. The Coordinator will transact Purchase Orders and Credit Cards. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining detailed, accurate records in Radian’s Customer Relation Management (“CRM”) tool (Salesforce) and Enterprise Resource Planning tool (Navision). The Coordinator will work collaboratively to ensure our Customers are supported and provided service and support which exceeds the Customers’ expectations. This position will be responsible for learning, training, and maintaining integrity of existing and writing revised and new processes and procedures relating to Service and Support administrative processing functions.

The Customer Service & Support Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator, and Customer Support Coordinator positions serve as a back-up to one another; and therefore, perform all Sales Support and Service administrative responsibilities, as needed and applicable.

This position is required to be on-call during the work-day to deliver outstanding verbal and written Customer service with a friendly, positive attitude to both internal and external Customers.

The Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for contract reviews including progression of Purchase Order Contracts, Letters of Credit, down payments and that Radian remains in compliance with import/export regulations.

This is a dynamic, high-energy, highly interactive position which requires excellent communication, collaboration, and multi-tasking skills; while simultaneously providing undivided attention to our Customers and their needs. Hardware Design and Test Engineer I2I

Position Summary:

This position involves all aspects of researching, designing, simulating, and testing analog and digital parts, circuits and systems for measurement and testing equipment. The successful candidate will complete tasks in Radian’s New Product Development (NPD) process from initial concepts through production release. They will provide ideas for future product enhancements and provide support for existing products and product lines.  This position is physically located in our Lafayette, Indiana facility. 

Responsibilities:

- Participate on cross-functional and interdepartmental teams to develop new products.
- Produce production documentation for internal production, contract manufacturing
    and/or vendor outsourcing.
- Design, build, prototype, and test new and existing technology for functional
    and economic application in new and existing products.
- Support and design improvements for existing products.
- Contribute to new product development with a focus on design and testing of
    assemblies, subassemblies, electronic circuits including and not limited to data acquisition,
    AC/DC power, serial interface and communication, signal conditioning, level shifting, small
    signal, power electronics, transient protection, and microcontroller/FPGA/DSP interfaces.
- Selects, evaluates, and qualifies components.
- Contributes to system test specifications including, functional requirements, detailed
    test specifications, and production test procedures.
- Contributes to design verification testing processes and procedures.

Education:
