The Senior Electrical Engineer - Innovation and System Integration position is a hands-on development engineering position within the RADIAN Innovate business model and the Ideas to Innovation (I2I) development process requiring vast engineering knowledge and rapid prototyping ability. They work closely with Product Management, Field Sales and the Customer to define, develop and deliver a testing solution. They are a highly skilled systems integrator able to apply the necessary technology blocks to form a product solution to meet Customer needs in a timely manner.
